We haven't raised our prices since early 2022, but the costs of maintaining the gym, upgrading equipment, and providing high-quality service have continued to rise. This price adjustment is necessary to ensure we can keep offering you the best facilities, equipment, and experience at Champs Fitness.
The new pricing will take effect from your first billing cycle on or after October 1st, 2024. If you’ve been a member for less than 12 months, your current rate will remain the same until your 12-month anniversary, after which the new pricing will apply.
No, if you’ve signed up within the last 12 months, your current membership fee will remain unchanged until your 12-month anniversary. After that, the new price will apply starting with your next billing cycle.
We’re streamlining our discount process. Moving forward, all discounted memberships (for family, Goldcard holders, students, and members on minimum-term contracts) will receive a flat 10% off our standard membership pricing. If you think we’ve missed applying this discount to your membership, please reach out, and we’ll make sure it’s correctly applied.
Memberships that include group classes are going up slightly more because of the additional costs involved in offering these services. We’ve expanded our class offerings, brought in new and experienced instructors, and maintained smaller class sizes to ensure a high-quality experience. Despite the increase, we believe these memberships offer great value with access to 20+ classes each week.
If you’re on a gym-only membership, your price increase reflects the general rising costs of running the gym, including maintenance, equipment, and operational expenses. For those with class memberships, the slight additional increase covers the expanded class schedule and enhanced quality of our offerings. Regardless of your membership type, everyone will benefit from the improvements we’ve made across the gym.
