Luke has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He has travelled, lived and worked all over the globe, pursuing his passion for adventure and the natural world. Luke specialises is 30 min sessions that make training cost and time effective.

​His real skill is understanding and connecting with his clients, while making exercising fun, challenging and progressive.

Lukes strives to keep clients motivated and challenged by using a wide variety of training methods from swissball core training, to high intensity interval circuts and many many more which all lead to desired results.
