Luke's interests in health and wellness is vast and covers a wide range of disciplines within  fitness. These include strength and conditioning, HIIT, boxing, indoor cycling, endurance performance and most recently yoga and mindfulness.

Luke has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He has travelled, lived and worked all over the globe, pursuing his passion for adventure and the natural world. Luke specialises is 30 min sessions that make training cost and time effective.

​His real skill is understanding and connecting with his clients, while making exercising fun, challenging and progressive.

Interesting Fact
Luke is facinated by reptiles and used to keep snakes as pets including Pythons and Boa Constrictors. On the subject of cold blooded, ice baths and cold showers are part of Lukes daily routine! 🥶
