Lower-Body Barbell Complex

Equipment Needed:

Barbell (could also use Dumbbells or Kettlebells)

Exercises:

  1. Full Clean
  2. Front Squat
  3. Squat & Press
  4. 1.5 Rep Back Squat

Method:

Go 4-6 rounds, resting 60-90 seconds between rounds.
